Founded by Tahir Ijaz, CPA, ASN was established with a simple vision—to provide businesses with the same level of technical expertise, financial leadership, and client service traditionally available only from large national and international accounting firms. With more than 16 years of experience in public practice and industry, including Big Four experience, Tahir has advised organizations across a wide range of sectors on financial reporting, audit and assurance, corporate finance, and strategic business matters.

ASN Chartered Professional Accountants was founded with a simple goal to provide businesses with access to experienced financial professionals without the cost of maintaining a full-time finance team.
Many small and medium-sized businesses require strategic financial guidance, but not necessarily a full-time CFO, Controller, or accounting department. Our flexible service model allows clients to access the expertise they need, when they need it.

Tahir is a founding partner and Managing Director at ASN. He is CPA and FCCA having more than 15 years of experience from EY and industry. He has worked with Crypto, Mining, Oil and Gas, Retail, trading and manufacturing sectors. He primarily focuses on providing CFO services and Business Advisory Services.
Sundas Sehar
Partner - CPA
Sundas is a Financial Controller at ASN. She is CPA and MBA candidate with more than 15 years of experience in Financial Analysis, Product development, Financial modelling and Business development. She primarily focuses on providing Controller and business services to public as well as private companies.
Gerry Lalonde
Advisor - CPA, CGA
Gerry is an experienced Financial Advisor. He is CPA, CGA with more than 25 years of experience and has served as full time and Fractional CFO. Gerry has been providing executive coaching, business advisory services, and directorship to startups, growth companies, and international ventures.
